I did not receive today's lesson in the email. Is there something wrong?
Lessons are being sent once every 24 hours. That's once a day. Check when you received the last email and wait for 24 hours. If you haven't received an email, most likely it has not been 24 hours since you received the previous email. If 24 hours have passed and you have still not received the email, let us know.
What day are we on? Am I late or early in the assignments?
We started the class on Monday Aug 4th. So Mar 2nd was Day 1. With that in mind,
Mar 2 - Day 1
Mar 3 - Day 2
Mar 4 - Day 3
Mar 5 - Day 4
Mar 6 - Day 5
... and so on.
Some people are receiving emails earlier than I am. Why is this happening?
The emails are sent according to the time you signed up for this course. The emails are being sent on the day according to the table above.
I don't want to use facebook or Google to comment. Are there other ways to comment?
Yes, there are two more options to comment. Option 1) As a guest. You can leave a comment as a guest, but the disadvantage here is that you don't get a link back to you website or blog. People won't be able to find you. Option 2) Enter Name and Email and Password and register as a Disqus user. I love this option. I use this myself because this organizes all my comments in case I want to know what all websites I've engaged with.
My photos are not uploading in the comments. What can I do?
If you are not able to upload a photo, there can be several reasons. There is a size limit of 2MB for the photo, if your photo is larger than 2MB, it won't be uploaded. Also, only certain types of photos can be uploaded. .jpg, .jpeg and .png are the only supported formats. If you are uploading RAW files from your camera or .dng files from lightroom, they won't be uploaded. If this is not the case, what has worked for most people is simple refreshing the page.
Comment box is not loading. What should I do?
For most people, refreshing the page has worked.
I just made a comment, but I cannot see it anywhere. Did it publish or not?
Make sure the "Sort by" at the top left of the box is selected to "Newest". This will make the comments appear by the date published and your comment should be at the top. To see the best comments, select the "sort by" to Best.
My question is not on the page, who can help?

I would like feedback on my photos from Neel, how do I get that?
As we've said above, there are large number of participants in this course. Giving feedback to everyone is just not possible. VIP participants get private one-on-one feedback. We are thinking about if there is a way to provide feedback to others who are interested. We'll update as we finalize this.
